Grupo IMAN, specialized in offering integral solutions to companies, has obtained a turnover of 320 million euros in 2017, a quantity that represents an increase of 19% over the previous year.By activity areas, HR services represented 74% of turnover and 26% of Facility Services and Outsourcing. This continued growth is explained by the territorial expansion, both nationally and internationally, and the increase in the demand for outsourcing services by companies. In relation to the investments made during the year, Santiago Olivas, Headquarters, Administration and Finance Director of Grupo IMAN, highlights "the company's effort in opening 20 offices in 2017, the new facilities of the Alarm Centre (in construction) and the incorporation of technology for process optimization ".
In the coming years, the Group expects to continue growing, with a 2-digit annual increase in turnover. Also, Olivas underlines that this growth will be the result of "the opening and consolidation of the offices, the promotion of activity in international sites, the specialization policies and the digital transformation in which the company is immersed".
In relation to challenges for next years, the company is expected to reach 500 million euros turnover by 2021, and Olivas emphasizes as priority objectives "the consolidation of new areas such as Facility Management, industrial safety solutions and the incorporation of virtual reality in training ". Likewise, the IMAN Group plans to create the IMAN training school, which will be committed to talent management and internal promotion of the teams, the group's main value.
