In the first part of the day, Zigor Kortazar and Santiago Olivas, deputy directors of the company, made an assessment of the results of 2017, presented the strategic lines of the group for next year, and defined the future prospects of the company. On the other hand, Pere Lluís Parés, General Manager, emphasized "the digital transformation in operational processes as a key in our services", and added: "without forgetting the strategy of opening new delegations in national and international territory and the proposal of added value with specialized equipment and tools to guarantee the quality of our solutions ".
The participants in the meetings also carried out activities based on employer branding and practical application of the innovative solutions of the group's business units. The meetings ended with conferences by specialists in team development and motivation such as Víctor Parrado, on the 14th, and Andoni Rodríguez, on the 20th.
